Inside Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson's Lavish $1.4 Million Wedding!
Jessica Simpson's romantic wedding to Eric Johnson certainly cost a pretty penny! E! News has learned that the total cost of the elaborate affair was approximately $1.4 million from start to finish. Sure that may sound like an exorbitant amount of mulah to drop on a wedding, but considering that the nuptials were actually a four-day, morning-to-night bash, it's not as crazy as it sounds. So exactly how did the bill manage to be so high? Let's take a look at a breakdown of the costs: Catering: Food for the 275 guests for 96 hours adds up, people.
First there was the rehearsal dinner at San Ysidro Ranch on Thursday evening. And while that special event was only for about 70 family members and close friends, it started the weekend off with a delicious bang.
Then there was the Fourth of July barbecue that all of the wedding guests were able to partake in. And we're not even at the wedding yet, y'all! Fast forward to the actual reception and the farewell brunch on Sunday morning and you've got yourself several meals that you have to foot the bill for. So what's the running total? Around $300,000—that's not including alcohol.
Location, location, location: Simpson won't settle for anything but the best, understandably! The bubbly blonde chose the stunning—and pricey— ranch as the location for her nuptials to her longtime beau and father of her two kids, Maxwell and Ace. Saving the garden space for the ceremony and reception alone cost a whopping $30,000.
So in order to rent out all of the hotel's restaurant spaces in an effort to ensure the utmost privacy, and reserve her loved ones' hotel rooms, the newlyweds shelled out at least $150,000. Florals: Ain't no wedding like a gorgeously decorated wedding. Flowers are expensive, plain and simple. And elaborate arrangements fit for someone the likes of Simpson are definitely no easy, or cheap, feat. We're guessing that Mr. and Mrs.
Johnson dropped around $150,000 alone for all of the beautiful foliage (done by Mark's Garden) involved in their special day. Designer Duds: Carolina Herrera created a stunning gown for the bride, which most likely sold for over $30,000. Then there are all of the bridesmaid’s gowns to factor into the total and, of course, Simpson's stunning jewels which cost an estimated $750,000! While that isn't a full breakdown of every item's costs, it's fair to say that the newlyweds enjoyed a weekend filled with lifelong memories regardless of the hefty price tag!

Primera Foto De Jessica Simpson Vestida De Novia
